By accessing our website or using the Tanyx AI platform, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Where you have signed a separate master services agreement or order form with us, that agreement governs your use of the platform and takes precedence over these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate project work.

You keep ownership of the documents, designs, specifications, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that content so we can deliver the service to you.

The platform, including InScope, Inspire, Integer, InSource, and InView, together with our software, models, branding, and documentation, remains our property. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Budgets, cost estimates, specifications, and design suggestions generated by the platform are decision-support outputs based on the inputs provided. They are not a quotation, an appraisal, or professional advice, and they should be reviewed by a qualified member of your team before you commit funds.

Supplier pricing surfaced through the platform is subject to each supplier’s terms and to confirmation at the time of award.

Pricing is tailored to each organisation and is set out in your order form. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are exclusive of taxes and are payable within the period agreed.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those we cannot lawfully exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if continued access poses a security risk. On termination you may export your content for a reasonable period.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. When changes are material we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
